We opened on 29 October 2015, that’s already two years! To celebrate this, let’s go back to London style, with our friends of Partizan and The Kernel and massive cheese plates from Neal’s Yard. The Kernel Brewery is one of the pioneers in the European craft beer scene, originally known for their pale ales and IPA and later for their barrel aged saisons and dark beers brewed according to old recipes. Partizan brewing, located minutes away from The Kernel, did a lot of work on light saisons, whether with herbs (lemongrass, thyme), tea or fruits (lemon, raspberry) or exotic combinations – I personally remember tasting a strawberry-fennel saison. They’ll come with a core range along their saison du moment. There will be 16 beers on draft of both breweries for this tap takeover, covering most styles and tastes and not less than 9 English cheeses. Selection of cheese will be released next week when we travel to london to decide on the selection.
