We always try to bring you the best of craft beer from the land of milk and honey.\nUsually\, we invite the big guns of wild ales but with this year's brewery\, we are sticking with the hop boosted and sticky barley beers because we really had a crush on these guys. Naming the one and only\, the daredevils of Valais\, the most hilarious and crazy guys in the Alps\, the dandys of Sierre\, nevertheless the most inventive and experimental guys in the region\, HOPPY PEOPLE! Make sure you come meet Olivier & David \, because it's going to one big piece of zwanze...believe us\, we know what we are talking about!\nLast month\, we had another crush...a food one. LEBURON.BX will be joining us in sin with their incredible delicacies representing the finest of Aveyron (France) gastronomy. Notably the immensly famous & savoury "Aligot+Saucisse". Once you taste this\, you will never want to eat anything else again! And it's just the kind of comfort (food) you need in the heart of the winter!\nSoif !\nFaim !
