DESCRIPTION:In January 2023\, we had the chance to visit the beautiful New York state Hudson Valley region. One of our stops led us to Hudson Valley Brewery\, right in the center of the cozy town Beacon.\nWe've been early hour fans of the brewery\, which have been setting the bar regarding Sour IPAs since 2016.\nWe're honored and extremely excited to host a Hudson Valley Brewery weekend\, right in the center of Leuven.\nJoin us for three great days\, as we'll put some Sour IPAs on draft and more in cans. We may have some extra American surprises.\nOPEN on Sunday May 7th!\nAbout the brewery:\nAt Hudson Valley Brewery\, we like to think of our beer as the product of a wide variety of influences. Like the Hudson Valley itself\, we believe the beers we create stand somewhere between the rural and the urban\, the traditional and the modern\, the rustic and the industrial. Our brewing techniques are inspired by the brewing practices of traditional European breweries as well as the more aggressive\, experimental practices of American breweries. We brew the beer we love to drink\, which like the Hudson Valley itself\, is always changing.

DESCRIPTION:Join us 7 May from 15:00-18:00 as we welcome Brian and Chintya from Sour Cellars—an amazing brewery in California\, USA focusing on Belgian inspired sour ales. You’ll have a chance to chat with them on our sunny terrace while sipping on our brand new collaboration—Thai Lime Infused Lambic.\nSour Cellars is an all-sour brewery and barrel room established in 2014. It was founded after years of experimentation with sour brewing techniques and research on sour beers. The techniques used to produce their beers are a combination of laborious and time consuming traditional Belgian methods\, combined with modern technologies to create interesting aromas and flavours. Currently their barrel room has over 300 oak barrels used for fermentation and aging.\nNo tickets required\, just show up and enjoy a few beers with us.\n\nOp 7 mei van 15u tot 18u verwelkomen we Brian en Chintya van Sour Cellars - een bevriende brouwerij in Californië\, VS die zich richt op Belgisch geïnspireerde Sour Ales. Je krijgt de kans om met hen te praten op ons zonnig terras terwijl je nipt van onze gloednieuwe samenwerking -Thai Lime Infused Lambic.\nSour Cellars focust volledig op Sour Ales en is opgericht in 2014. De brouwerij/stekerij werd opgestart na jaren van experimenteren met zure brouwtechnieken en onderzoek naar zure bieren. De technieken die gebruikt worden om hun bieren te produceren zijn een combinatie van manuele en tijdrovende traditionele Belgische methoden\, gecombineerd met moderne technologieën om interessantere aroma's en smaken te creëren. Momenteel heeft hun vatenkamer meer dan 300 eikenhouten vaten die worden gebruikt voor gisting en rijping.\nGeen tickets nodig\, kom gewoon langs en geniet mee van een paar biertjes.
