Nous avons l'incroyable honneur de tenir le premier Workshop brandé Agalmalt dans un lieu cher à notre coeur\, GIST\, tenu par deux des amateurs de bière les plus compétents et les plus exigeants de Bruxelles: Jody et Jenlain. Au mois de mars: Les CEREALES ! L’Orge malté est de loin la céréale la plus utilisée dans le monde brassicole occidental. Pourtant\, elle est loin d'avoir l'exclusivité. Il y a d’autres qualités que le simple apport du sucre pour la fermentation à retirer des céréales\, et nous allons nous pencher là-dessus ce soir!
