SUMMARY:Hi Hawaii \\ Concert
DESCRIPTION: 𝗛𝗶 𝗛𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗶𝗶 is an electro-pop jazz band from Brussels\, who first got our attention opening for Nordmann at a very rainy OLT Rivierenhof last summer. We quickly fell in love with the quirkiness of their lyrics and the diversity of the duo's sound\, and now we are happy to present one of the most exciting bands to come out of the Brussels scene recently.\n\nBorn out of song leftovers by multi-instrumentalists JensBouttery & Lennart Heyndels which have a rich background in jazz bands\, pop bands\, music for theatre\, dance and film. Their starting point is the love for a good sing-a-long pop song. However\, improvisation and dynamics will not give way in their performances. The core sound of the band is their basic root instrument: Jens on drums and Lennart on electric bass. On top of that\, there is a playground of modular & analogue synths\, samples and their voices. The duo has its roots in Brussels and is currently based in Brussels & Rotterdam.
