SUMMARY:Monkey Island Beer Release
DESCRIPTION:Elle s'est fait longtemps désirer mais elle est enfin arrivée\, la Monkey Island\, LA bière de Saint-Gilles faite par l'Ermitage pour le Malt Attacks et le Dynamo! Un India Export Stout de 9% d'alcool (spoiler: on s'est inspiré de la Kernel Double India Porter et de la Weird Beard Somehting Something Darkside). C'est pas un imperial stout mais un peu quand même\, c'est pas un black IPA mais un peu quand même. Un style qu'on adore tout particulièrement et pourtant quasi introuvable. Venez la gouter ce 15 juin au Dynamo. La nourriture sera assurée par nos amis de Voodoo Vegan (un peu notre Lady Voodoo à nous)\, sur le thème des Caraibes\, d'après une étude de ce que Guybrush Threepwood aurait pu manger (apparemment\, il détestait le lactose).

Sa levure “Morpheus”. Isolée en Auvergne\, elle permet aussi bien le brassage de bières de haute fermentation “traditionnelles” que de bières acides. Alvinne est surtout réputé pour ses bières acides\, bariquées\, avec ou sans fruits. On goûtera un panel représentatif du travail de la brasserie !

Des animations seront proposées aux enfants : maquillages et bricolages évoquant les contrées boréales outre-Atlantique.\n17h30 : Le trio Vio & Co\, formé de Violaine Filion\, Arnaud Bourgis et Frédéric Frouch Dailly\, vous fera taper du pied et danser sur les airs classiques de la chanson populaire québécoise à partir de 17h30.\nLes animations se poursuivront jusqu’à 19h30. Les bières et les mets québécois vous seront servis jusqu’à la fermeture du Moeder Lambic Fontainas. \nCette année encore\, des voisins sympathiques de la rue du Marché au Charbon se joindront à la Fête\, dont la fromagerie La Fruitière qui ajoutera quelques parfums québécois à son menu proposé en terrasse.
