SUMMARY:Lazy Sunday Brunch x Koduõlu day: Eastern & Scandinavian special
DESCRIPTION:Dok Brewing Company went a few weeks ago to brew a native farmhouse beer style called Koduõlu on Saaremaa island (Estonia).  This beer is not boiled\, juniper infused and open fermented with bakers yeast. The style is getting near to extinction\, but there still is a homebrewer community trying to keep the tradition going. Luc for us there are also two official breweries brewing the style. They went to brew an official collab with Pihtla õlu. For the first time ever there will be Koduõlu available in Belgium and Holland at Koduõlu day !! La Source Beer Co Brewpub will be one of the places serving this unique opportunity. To make it a feast we throwing eastern & scandinavian inspired ferments & streetfood in the Sunday brunch. Think beetroot infused salmon gravlax\, borsjtsj\, pickled onions & more. Let it be a Sunday celebration of gustatory discovery.
