DESCRIPTION:Fermentation | Degustation is a bimonthly get together for people who want to explore the realm of beverage fermentation from around the globe. Every two weeks we will sample a certain theme\, dive deep into it’s creation\, gather stories from the producers and have a great moment describing what we taste. The aim is to get you out of your comfort zone\, make you acquainted with new types of ferment\, or discover new producers.\n\nFrontaal Brewery (Breda)\nFirst time we came accross Frontaal was at the Brussels Beer Fest almost three years ago. We were charmed by their brews immidiatly and where even more surprised that on a cold march day on of the head brewers called us to develop a collab around red rice yeast. The result is “into the burning sky” and we will taste it with several other of their brews on this tasting session.\n\nConcrete:\nFive to Seven tasters depending on the group & thematics\nSmall zero waste snacks in between tasting\nMax 15 participans\,\ninformal but instructive tasting for 1.5h
