DESCRIPTION:We are glad to host Alvise\, export manger of Baladin\, the most visionary brewery in the Italian panorama of craft beers. Founded in 1996 in the small Piedmontese town of Piozzo in front of the Langhe by master brewer Teo Musso. Teo's inspiring idea was the desire to combine beer and food. Appreciated by many chefs and widely used in prestigious restaurants in Italy and abroad. Since the beginning\, Baladin has been producing high fermentation beers\, unpasteurized\, unfiltered\, looking for the highest quality of raw material and focusing on a careful balance of aromas. The brewery is a farm that cultivates and produces more than 90% of all the raw materials used in the production of its beers: cereals\, hops and yeasts.\nMulti-awarded at national and international level.\nIt was very funny and stimulating to create together a menu to pair with their beers and other gems \n\nThere will be two editions/\n- SATURDAY FOR DINNER\n-SUNDAY FOR LUNCH\nMENU + BEER PAIRING 75€\nWe wait for you!
