L’Orval est mythique. Vous avez sans doute déjà croisé un apôtre fidèle et zélé ne jurant que par la bière à la carpe... ou peut-être en êtes-vous un vous-même ? Toujours extrêmement singulière aujourd’hui, elle était révolutionnaire à sa création. Nous parcourrons sa légende et la (re)goûterons pour voir ce qui la rend si unique, avant de déguster des bières qui s’en inspirent.
