Every year, our bars partner up with a local brewery and collaborate on a beer. These beers then get shipped out to every other bar for an beer filled 4-day showcase. We go every year to the Carnivale Brettanomyces in Amsterdam, a semi professional beer festival dedicated to bretts and sours and “La Sirene” beers were one of our highlights this year.
