En début d'été nous avons eu la chance de recevoir notre ami JeanJass à la brasserie pour une collaboration comme on les aime. Ainsi est née Jurassic, une IPA brassée avec un blend de 4 houblons extrêmement aromatiques (Citra, Galaxy, Enigma & Idaho7). Au nez on a une belle explosion de notes de fruits exotiques, en bouche les arômes d'agrumes dominent, pour finir sur une amertume résineuse et rafraichissante.
