Following the world wars, industrialization, and the standardization of tastes, only one remained until Bernard met Yvan in 2002. Together, they founded Brasserie de La Senne. On Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 August 2023 we will again hold the Lambikstoempers Bierweekend from 2 pm to midnight (on Saturday) and from 2 pm to 8 pm (on Sunday), in the beer center ‘De Lambik’, Gemeenveldstraat 1 in 1652 Alsemberg (Beersel). As always, you can choose from +100 different beers, the majority of which are spontaneously fermented (from flat lambic over Oude Geuze, to fruit lambic, Oude Kriek, etc.), and a nice selection of new and/or special Belgian beers that contain less or less are not (yet) known to the general public.
