Fermenterie des Champs Marmo is a new project by Chris Gillard (ex-Mi Orge Mi Houblon) in a unique setting amongst the Swiss mountains. Chris focuses on wild fermentations, whether it's beer or Kombucha. During this session Chris will present the project and let you taste a couple of his beers and Kombucha. To be discovered!!
