𝕸𝖚𝖘𝖈𝖆𝖗𝖎𝖘 𝕲𝖗𝖆𝖕𝖊 𝕬𝖑𝖊𝔢 It all started with our friend Laurent from Domaine De Krayenberg, a vineyard located in Beersel, just 10km from the brewery. We took 300kg of Muscaris grape pomace and blended to a mixed fermentation Saison that aged 12 months in Pinot Noir barrels.
