We had so much fun and the response was so good during Scottish weekend that we decided to have another cocktail night  We decided to keg Alvinne's Smokey Island (Phi aged in Kilchoman barrels, blended with honey, ginger and pineapple) that perfectly calls for a twist of beloved classic, the Penicillin  Cheers!
