This weekend, 11-12 June, SWAFFF! Brussels Craft Beer Festival will throw the best party in town at LaVallée with 30 European breweries , dj's, games ad gigs...One of the incredible breweries attending is Catalunya CYCLIC BEER FARM (Sp) who not only produce wild beer ad ciders but also wild natural wines! Drinkable, clean, funky wines produced in very low volume and we will have the chance to open some of their rare wines and pour them all night long. Beer, cider, wine rejoicing into the wild!

Ca’ del Brado's idea is to create, ferment and age beer worts through unconventional/wild yeasts, bacteria and maturation in wooden barrels with different characteristics. The brewery creates its beers by studying and building the recipes with particular care in the choice of raw materials and fermentation processes (propagation and inoculation of classic and wild yeasts and the encouragement of wild yeast and bacteria). The long refining and maturation in barrels of different types make their production site a laboratory similar to a wine cellar. Durant l'automne dernier, notre ami Théo du domaine Lissner nous a fait l'immense honneur de nous faire parvenir du Gewurztraminer du mythique terroir d'Altenberg, classé dans les grands crus d'Alsace. Nous les avons macérés dans notre saison de foudre avec des herbes sauvages de la région, avant un léger passage en barriques de quelques mois. Altenbeer sera lancée au fut ce 17 juin à l'Ermitage Saint-Gilles et en bouteilles aux caves de l'Ermitage.
