In January 2023, we had the chance to visit the beautiful New York state Hudson Valley region. One of our stops led us to Hudson Valley Brewery, right in the center of the cozy town Beacon. We've been early hour fans of the brewery, which have been setting the bar regarding Sour IPAs since 2016.
