DANSAERT Launch // The new Brussels lambic

We are launching DANSAERT, our new program of spontaneous and mixed fermentation beers, aged in barrels. A true symbol of Brussels & Belgian brewing culture, we intend to breathe new life into this centuries-old style.
We invite you to come to Dansaert, in our brewery newly dedicated to spontaneous and mixed fermentation to taste our first lambics around a food pairing designed by Bouchée Double.
🎟 There will be 2 sessions, an apéro (including 2 beers pp & 2 sharing plates) from 17:30 to 19:30 and a food pairing diner (including 2 beers pp & 5 sharing plates) starting at 20:00 till 23:00! Get your ticket! There are limited seats.
