At the beginning of the 20th century in Brussels, there were still around a hundred breweries. Following the world wars, industrialization, and the standardization of tastes, only one remained until Bernard met Yvan in 2002. Together, they founded Brasserie de La Senne. Formulated and sweet beers gave way to bitterness. Today, situated in a 4500 m² space at the Tour & Taxis site, they have harnessed technology to serve their beers. During this visit, you’ll have access to the production area – an opportunity to discover how artisanal beer is crafted within such impressive facilities. Finally, we’ll conclude the tour with a guided tasting of four flagship beers from the brewery.
