··Philip Lardot, incredible wild wine young talent and very discreet winemaker from the Mosel valley in Germany
··Simon and Wini Belgian winemakers, making wild wines from the original grape varieties in Hungary, including a lot of work with amphorae
And of course, some thought on combining all this liquid magic with our crazy inhouse food.
