RELEASE DAYS - Pêche Jaune, Meerts Box 21|22 (& Reinette Etoilée from 1/7 or 8/7)

A new and delicious yellow peach lambic is coming and will be available from this Saturday 24th of June !
This Oude Pêche Jaune Tilquin à l'ancienne was obtained by fermenting organic destoned yellow peaches from Drôme in a blend of 1, 2 and 3 years lambics. The final concentration of fruit is 230 g of peaches by liter of lambic !
A new MEERTS BOX 21|22 will also be available from this Saturday 24th of June together with our new Oude Pêche Jaune Tilquin à l'ancienne !
This new Meerts 21|22 series was obtained as usual by fermenting fruits that had already been used once. The fruits were fermented for a period of 4 months in a blend of 80% 1 year old Meerts ( a low strength lambic) and 20% of a blend of different 2 year old lambics !
In this new box we have 3 new batches of Meerts au Pinot Noir, Meerts au Pinot Gris, Meerts au Riesling, together we 3 very new ones : Meerts à la Syrah, Meerts à la Roussanne and Meerts à l'Airelle Sauvage.
And finally, a new Oude Reinette Etoilée Tilquin à l'ancienne will be available either from the 1st July or from 8th of July (according to the reception of labels).
This Oude Reinette Etoilée Tilquin à l'ancienne was obtained by fermenting organic Reinette Etoilée apples in a blend of 1, 2 and 3 years lambics. The final concentration of fruit is 390 g of apples by liter of lambic !
