But in recent years, a real revival of the craftmenship has been happening —pushing boundaries, reviving forgotten techniques, and adding their own twist to these time-honored style.
Join us for an evening dedicated to the fresh faces redefining Gueuze and Lambic. We’ll taste a carefully curated selection from some of the most exciting new players in the field. At the moment we will be serving bottles from the following producers:
