Saturday 5 October 2024, the Confrérie de la sardine will come to Brussels to dress the little Manneken Pis. Time to prove to the world that the best pairing with a little tinned sardine is a well made gueuze made around Brussels!
Put the date in your agenda, we’ll host our favourite and very local gueuze maker, Pierre Tilquin for a beautiful Gueuze & Sardine night.
There will be some of his beers on tap, but also from the bottle, including the brand new Schaerbeekse Kriek that you must try, if you haven’t done yet.
At 8pm sharp, we’ll also organise the Vintage Gueuze and Vintage Sardines tasting from la Perle des Dieux. You’ll be able to try 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 vintages along the sardines of the same year. You better register for the event ( 30€ for 5 tasters and their sardines).
