Gistgeest welcomes you to a one-of-a-kind tasting concept! We compare five vintage beers (some up to 50 years old) with modern examples of the same style brewed in-house. Included is an explanation of the processes behind beer aging, and tips and tricks on how to cellar your beloved brews! After the tastings, we will have by-the-glass pours of other vintage beers so you can come up with your own pairings with the beers Gistgeest has available on draft!
