I.I Nocturne Valavonde (Nightfall): Dark beer with no wheat aged 30 months in barrels

II.II Robijn blended & alive: 710gr of cherries per liter, blended with a young lambic

VII.IV Zotte kadeeën bosbes + framboos Blended & alive: 10% blueberry lambic, 90% raspberry lambic aged in freshly emptied Bordeaux barrels

VII.VI Zotte kadeeën trosbes + kriek Blended & alive: 75% red currant lambic, 90% sour cherry lambic blended with young lambic then aged in freshly emptied Bordeaux barrels.
