Chef Glen Ramaekers & beer sommelier Andy de Brouwer are teaming up to create an unforgettable evening under the majestic chandeliers of Brasserie Surréaliste.

The vision behind this collaboration is to honor the exceptional Belgian beer craftsmanship, associated with a high-end dining experience like in the old days.

The 4 course menu composed by Glen is starring belgian products with his legendary twist. Andy is ensuring the show with a « service en salle » of the famous rable de lièvre.

The team of Brasserie Surréaliste have composed a pairing of 4 beers served in a wine glass as well as a beer cocktail to elevate the night.

The theme of the dinner is the Golden Era. A jacket will be requested for the gentlemen and we hope to see load of diamonds & furs on you ladies.
