We challenge our good friend Valerio from La Tana!!!  Here's the concept : Valerio (who 's knowledge in beer and Italian cuisine skills are not to prove) will come with the ingredients he'd like to work with and will submit to him 4 beers that he will discover on the spot  He'll improvise a pairing for each beer from there!!!  We will of course try to make it not too simple for him !!! You will be the judge  The challenge will take place between 15h00 and 21h00  Come hungry and thirsty !
