The idea for this sophisticated, yet no-nonsense event was born of a passion for traditional lambic beers and pure, honest cuisine, both prepared by experts in their respective fields, with the utmost respect for nature and the best it has to offer. With this passion in mind, Amuse-Gueuze was launched in late 2013. Amuse-Gueuze is a unique food pairing event that values origin and authenticity above all else, matching natural and seasonal cuisine with traditional lambic beer. The two are not only closely related, but they are also complementary, lifting each other to a higher level. We hope to see you (again) at one of our upcoming events! So much more than just a nice concept, Amuse-Gueuze is a truly unique experience, something out of the ordinary. It is also my biggest passion, which I'd be more than pleased to share with you.
