Brasserie

As you know, we like to experiment and brew lots of beers! Last year, we brewed more than 50 different recipes. Introducing one of the first releases of the year: 2 and a half lagers : a Belgian Pils, a Cascadian Dark Lager and our new version of the famous Kölsch, fermented with an ale yeast at low temperatures.
