Ladies & Gents, for the first tap takeover of this year we chose Azimut Brasserie, the best micro brewery from Bordeaux, to share it's liquid creations with us! Their philosophy is inspired by the words of the architecht Mies van der Rohe : "Less is more". Their brews are simple, original, accessible, bewildering and mostly developped to be drunk in pints! |

We're super stoked to host our great friends from Burnt Mill Brewery (UK) showcasing 7 of their freshest delights. Burnt Mill is a new brewing project focused on producing fresh, unfiltered beers in a Suffolk farm. Both our breweries started in 2017 and they quickly established themselves as one of the best breweries in the UK, with remarkable hoppy or dark beers. A few weeks ago we went to brew a native farmhouse beer style called Koduõlu on Saaremaa island (Estonia). This beer is not boiled, juniper infused and open fermented with bakers yeast. The style is getting near to extinction, but there still is a homebrewer community trying to keep the tradition going. Luc for us there are also two official breweries brewing the style.
