Vrijdag 25/9 vliegen er enkele Haarlemse uilen tijdens hun zuiderse trektocht binnen in onze brouwerij om samen met ons te brouwen en zich 's avonds te nestelen op onze tapkranen. Uiltje Brewing Company heeft weinig introductie nodig, bekend van de onder andere de verste IPA's van Nederland en ver daarbuiten, en al jaren prominent aanwezig in de craftbeerscene. Van hopbommetjes tot barrel aged geweld, geloof ons dit wordt zo'n avondje om niet snel te vergeten.

er viering van ons 3-jarig bestaan organiseren we dit jaar terug Dok Brewing Festival. Omwille van de coronamaatregelen doen we deze keer een iets ingetogenere versie en komen er 15 ipv 30 brouwerijen. Onze Belgische brouwerscene wordt deze editie in de spotlight gezet met een nationale tap takeover, waarbij iedere brouwerij 2 verschillende bieren / wijnen / ciders meebrengt voor een groot Belgisch brouwersfeest.
