Spécialisée dans la production de bières 'sauvages' de fermentation spontanée, saisons rustiques et autres macérations de fruits et fleurs, les frères EK nous ont concocté une sélection de 11 bières au fût et quelques bouteilles au cas où ce n'était pas assez... Collabfest is the best time of year and in 2019, we're going bigger and better than ever before. 4 days...78 breweries...16 countries...1 epic beer festival. If you don't know what Collabfest is... Every year, our bars partner up with a local brewery and collaborate on a beer. These beers then get shipped out to every other bar for an beer filled 4-day showcase. We go every year to the Carnivale Brettanomyces in Amsterdam, a semi professional beer festival dedicated to bretts and sours and “La Sirene” beers were one of our highlights this year. Costa, who is based in Melbourne, Australia, makes absolutely fantastic saisons and sour beers. When he told us that some of his beers were on a boat to Europe, we felt we had to find a way to bring them to Brussels.
