The 4 course menu composed by Glen is starring belgian products with his legendary twist. Andy is ensuring the show with a « service en salle » of the famous rable de lièvre.
The team of Brasserie Surréaliste have composed a pairing of 4 beers served in a wine glass as well as a beer cocktail to elevate the night.
The theme of the dinner is the Golden Era. A jacket will be requested for the gentlemen and we hope to see load of diamonds & furs on you ladies.
