Once again we will turn the Brabanthal in Leuven into Belgian Beer heaven with a 100 brewers and beerfirms and over 500 beers for you to taste. Opnieuw zullen we de Brabanthal in Leuven omtoveren in een Belgische bierhemel met 100 brouwerijen en bierfirma's en meer dan 500 bieren voor jou om te proeven.
In een oude villa, met een rijke brouwgeschiedenis, houden we twee bijzondere diners op zaterdag 28 en zondag 29 april. Het recept van de avond is eenvoudig: 1 beginuur, 1 tafel, 1 menu met in elke gang een uitdrukking van tijd, terroir en lokale producten. Maarten werkt nauw samen met kleinschalige biologische telers, oogst op het veld en verzamelt kruiden in het wild. Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen is befaamd voor zijn traditionele en spontaan gebrouwen lambik en authentieke geuze en fruitbieren. On y est...enfin ! Après des mois de rénovation, de stress et d'excitation, nous voici enfin arrivés au but ultime : le test des pompes!!! Et cet essai, j'aimerais le partager avec vous... Alors ça va se dérouler à domicile, grâce au comité des fêtes fumalois qui m'autorise à réaliser cet évènement pendant leur brocante annuelle. Let's celebrate Belgian Sours with one of its leading members: Alvinne! We love what they do at Dynamo and are more than pleased to have Davy and Glenn come over for this celebration! Lots of Barrel Aged sour beers that experiment with the use of different berries and fruits: Raspberries, Cherries, Plum, Cloudberries, Lingonberries, Blueberries, Rhubarb, Grape and Smoked Pineapples. For this party, we'll put 12 beers from one the raising stars in the sour world on tap and have 20 different beers by the bottle available!
